For Brockway Moran, It’s Been a Busy Year

The leading publication for private capital professionals, Buyouts, reports on private equity firm Brockway Moran & Partners’ success over the past year. Managing Partner Peter Brockway shares the private equity firm’s formula behind its success. According to Brockway, the firm’s focus on specialized industries and middle-market companies differentiates Brockway Moran & Partners from other firms. Brockway notes that the firm stayed true to its sector focus and never became swept up in the telecom and internet craze.

Three years after closing its first fund, Brockway Moran held a final close on Fund II, a $410 million investment vehicle. Instead of increasing the average size of their deals, they walked the line. “Not only did we decide to stick with doing $100 million deals, but we also stayed true to our sector focus, and never got swept up in the telecom and Internet craze.”
